Processors and recipients

Your data may be processed by our technical service providers, acting as processors: Brevo (sending of emails and newsletter), Formspree (receiving form submissions), Google, Meta, Microsoft and LinkedIn (audience measurement and advertising, after consent), as well as our hosting provider. As some of these providers are located outside the European Union (United States), transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.

Some of these trackers involve a transfer of data outside the European Union (United States), governed by standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. You can accept, refuse or change your choice at any time; refusing is as easy as accepting and does not prevent access to the website. You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies.

The guarantee applies to courses paid for through personal funding (online payment in 1, 2, 3 or 4 instalments).

• Period: you may request a refund within 14 days of the first day of the course.
• What is refunded: the full amount paid, except for the fees of an ISTQB exam already taken.
• How to request it: by simple email to contact@automationdatacamp.com, without having to justify yourself.
• Refund period: within 14 days, to the payment method used. In the case of payment in instalments, the remaining instalments are cancelled.

AutomationDataCamp endeavours to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, AutomationDataCamp cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information published.

AutomationDataCamp accepts no liability for:

• Any inaccuracy, imprecision or omission in the information available on the website
• Any damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party that led to a modification of the information
• The continuous availability of the website or any technical interruptions
