Three symptoms — you will recognise at least one

We see the same signals in almost every team that doubles in size:

  • A release takes half a day because nobody will press the button without an end-to-end manual check first.
  • Tests exist, but one person knows how to run them. When they are on leave, the team's velocity changes gear.
  • You hear about regressions from customers, not from your pipeline.

These three signals share one cause: they appear in teams that do not yet have a dedicated QA function. None of the three is a tooling problem. They are problems of how testing is organised, and they surface exactly as the team grows — because what worked with four engineers does not work with twelve.

Why now rather than in a year

A team that is hiring sets its habits within months. The testing conventions you put in place today are the ones your next ten hires will adopt without questioning them.

Retrofitting a two-year-old codebase costs several times more: you have to write the tests, fix what they expose, and convince a team that has learned to live without them.

Which is why we prefer to work with you during the growth phase, not after it.

What we actually do

Three stages, and you can stop after the first.

  • Audit of what exists. What you test, what you do not, and what that costs you. A written diagnosis, not a sales deck.
  • Strategy and organisation. The right test pyramid for your product, who writes what, what should block a release and what should not.
  • Industrialisation. Automation, continuous integration, and hiring the right profiles if you decide to build the capability in-house.

Short engagements or longer missions, time-and-materials or fixed price. Many of ours last a few days: the point is that you stop needing us.

The first session is free

One hour, no commitment. We look at your current pipeline and you leave with a diagnosis — whether or not we work together.

That is not a sales device: in a fair number of cases the conclusion is that your problem does not warrant an engagement, and we say so.

What you will not find on this page

No client logos, no testimonials, no percentage of bugs prevented.

We do have consulting references, but none we could show here honestly: one is signed by someone who also trains for us, the other by a consultant on assignment at a large account that is not our client. Presenting either as a client reference would be a stretch, and you would see it the moment you checked.

Judge us on the scoping session. It tells you more than a wall of logos.
